Handmade in Pennsylvania by Ben Gatski, this table is made with reclaimed metal. We made the base by hand hammering flat metal into shape and welding it together. It is painted with blue and cream milk paint. We make the top with a new piece of US made 11 gauge steel.
Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. If outdoors, you can maintain a shiny metal look [entirely optional] by applying a clear metal enamel, available in a spray can at your local hardware store.

We created this bull head sculpture from reclaimed metal. The head is painted with red milk paint. We hand draw the pattern on the metal with soapstone and cut it with a hand held plasma cutter. We then hand hammer and arc weld it into shape. The head is mounted on a recycled corn planter disk. Each head will have subtle variations. We cut them by hand and each piece of metal has slight color differences. The metal is sealed with a water-based enamel. This head can easily be hung with a nail or screw. It's weight is approximately 15 lbs Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. If outdoors, you can maintain a shiny metal look [entirely optional] by applying a clear metal enamel, available in a spray can at your local hardware store. Size: 17”h x 26”w x 7”d
This statement console is an homage to an asana (a yoga posture). This loose representation was inspired by the inner peace found within simple movements. This table is handmade in rural Pennsylvania with reclaimed metal. The pattern is drawn on the metal with soapstone, cut with a hand-held plasma cutter, hand-shaped and arc welded together. Each piece will have its own subtle differences; they are cut, hammered, and built by hand.
This piece features a reclaimed barn wood top that is in its primitive state. Minimal finishing to the wood to preserve its natural, aged character.
The color is hand-painted with milk paint, giving the piece a naturally uneven and textured finish. A clear finish is applied to the entire piece.
Each Gatski is a blend of imperfect materials and capable hands.
