Spring has arrived on our hill! We’re thrilled. It felt like a long winter of hauling firewood to both the woodstove in the house and the one in the shop. Also, we’re glad to be done shoveling cinders onto our long driveway in order to get up and down. We’re more than happy to shed these extra tasks, and move on to others.
For many years – I have wanted to take a weekly picture of the fields that lie before us – and watch them green up. Well, I can now check that off the list. I’ll refer back to this next February when I’m doubting that it will happen.
