Happy November!
As days to months generally whizz by like a falcon, November is a nice change of bird pace. The turkeys I observe are slowly strolling through their days, pecking along. A meditative act, perhaps?
I feel like we can broadly embrace the turkeys icon status as a metaphor for the month.

Together & tradition.
Turkeys appear perfectly content in their solitary act of roosting in a tree, or roaming in a large raucous group. Sometimes they seem to be in the same place day after day, sometimes you never see them. Time together? Tradition? Your choice this month!
Trails & toasts.
To be a turkey (whoops, already am!), I would opt for one who goes by the trails with a small group! When we arrive at the rich forest floor, we’d raise our beaks for an alert moment, then get busy. Peck! Peck!
Tables.
Yes, there is much clucking is about the table this month. But is it necessary? Absolutely not. As our turkey influencer has been here to share, your choice. Spaghetti on the couch. Sure! Stuffing on the china. Sure!
Transcend & time.
This is the turkey spirit I’m squawking about. Be the turkey you want to be. Enjoy whatever this November time brings you.
