Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all our dear friends and customers! We are excited. We had a lovely “at home” vacation over the holidays. It was restful and invigorating. Our minds were free to imagine the possibilities of the coming year. There are many. We’re looking forward to growing The Steel Fork; more beautiful creations and more stories from the farm.

For now, I wanted to share wonderful creation by Jon Marks, woodcarver. I found him when working on my weekly post for Handmade In Pennsylvania. He “creates, carves and finishes his pieces in his backyard workshop” in eastern Pennsylvania. His wood is gathered from a local sawmill and collected by hand in the Pocono Mountains.  I thought you might enjoy this wonderful spotted pig!
